# Pumpkn

## What Pumpkn funds (headline product)

- Short-term working capital (inputs, stock, raw materials, packaging, retailer- or offtake-payment bridging, aggregation pre-buys)
- Facility size: up to R5,000,000
- Repayment: matched to cash-flow cycle (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Geography: South Africa, all provinces
- Funds paid directly to suppliers on disbursement

## Who Pumpkn lends to

- Food Manufacturers: CIPC-registered, R1m+ annual turnover (or R85k+ monthly), 1+ year of trading
- Agricultural businesses (Primary Agriculture + Mix farming & aggregation, including livestock): CIPC-registered, R1m+ annual turnover (or R85k+ monthly), 3+ years of trading
- Sectors include: fresh produce, food processing, sauces, dried fruit, juices, biltong, baked goods, aggregators, peri-urban farms with logistics access, livestock operations meeting the revenue floor
- Applying director must be a South African citizen (or a citizen director / guarantor must be available)

## What Pumpkn does NOT advertise as a headline product

- Land purchases — not Pumpkn's product
- Pre-revenue start-ups (< 1 year) — not Pumpkn's product
- Grants — Pumpkn is a commercial lender, not a grant-maker
- Distressed / rescue lending — not Pumpkn's product
- Sole proprietors without CIPC registration — not eligible

## Pricing (indicative, NCA s.92)

- Origination fee: 2% on principal for first-time clients
- Interest: 3% per month indicative
- Final terms depend on risk profile and are confirmed in a non-binding offer
